"To those lost in Bila Tserkva during the years of The Great Patriotic War - You are eternal in the memory of the people."
The graves of 42o Soviet Army soldiers are located in plots to the NE of Glory Park. Unlike the other WWII memorial, this one is dedicated to the soldiers that lost their lives in and around Bila Tserkva. There are 792 names etched in the stone markers including 78 Czechoslovakian soldiers and the graves of two soldiers who were awarded Hero of the Soviet Union. (Not all of the dead are buried at this location).
"Buried here are the bodies of 420 warriors of the Soviet Army who lost their lives in the defense of Bila Tserkva against the German fascist invaders." 1941-1944
